Maxi Life in Lunacharskogo St is a 15-storey business class building in Cherepovetslocated next to the Maxi supermarket at 55 Lunacharskogo Street (prospekt). The establishment stands out due to its high level of comfort.
The building is located in an area with good transport accessibility and well-developed infrastructure.
The original architectural solutions give the building an individual and modern look highlighted by high-quality natural finishing materials.

The individual architectural solutions, the original design and a safe landscaped area all serve to improve the quality of life and create a great environment for development.
The building only contains 157 apartments, which ensures intimacy and privacy.
The courtyard has playgrounds for children of different ages, a sports area with special purpose flooring and an outdoor gym, as well as some areas to relax.
The well-planned landscaping design helps divide the territory into small areas and make it feel cozy all year round.
The adjacent territory is designed according to the modern trends in the residential environment design. The driveway and the parking lot are separated from the pedestrian zone according to the "courtyard without cars" principle.
The complex has privacy fencing around the perimeter and is under 24/7 video surveillance.
The entrance spaces built from translucent materials are located at the sidewalk level, increasing security and making the entrance easily accessible for parents with strollers and people with disabilities.

At the first stage of construction, the building will have two sections of different heights: 9 and 15 storeys. The total area of the building will be 14,285 sq.m with 212 apartments.
The height difference allows for bathroom windows in some apartments on 13-15 floors.
The sugnature traits of the project are its rooftop terraces, French balconies with floor-level window sills, corner clazing, two exits (to the yard and the parking lot). Some apartments will have extra windows in the study, kitchen and the bathroom.
The owners of ground floor apartments will have a possibility to purchase a piece of land and set up a terrace at their windows.
The complex has a convenient location: it is located in the vicinity of key hubs of the city, in the rapidly expanding neighbourhood with developed social infrastructure – three kindergartens, multiple schools, a modern park.
The transport insfrastructure is well-planned: there are multiple transportation accesses, parking spots, sidewalks, a bus stop and a crosswalk.
The five buildings of the complex form a huge private yard. The parking spots are located along the outer perimeter of the territory, and the inner area serves as a multifunctional space for the residents.
The space will have playgrounds, excercise facilities and bike lanes, areas for walking and relaxing.
The land of over 37,000 sq. m will be used for building a resindential complex with a developed infrastructure, trade and business facilities, and a a common landscaped yard.
The complex includes five buildings of different heights: 6, 7, 9 and 15 stories and a total of 900 apartments.
The first Maxi Life residential building in Vologda will be built in Byvalovo, one of the biggest neighbourhoods in the city. The building will be located in the vicinity of the Marmelad shopping and entertainment center.
It is designed as a 9-storey building with several two-level apartments at the 10th storуy level.
The design includes a modern yard fit for people of every age. The enclosed area can be accessed with smart keys.
The accessibility standards of modern residenitial architechture are met: the entrance to the building is located at the ground level.
The building has french balconies. They are quite shallow (60 cm), however they allow space for low-sill windows that expand the room by filling it with natural light.
Starting from the 6th floor up, the apartments are equipped with heated stanzas that are suitable for setting up a working area or a cozy lounge.
The signature feature of the design is its two-storey penthouses with panoramic windows on both floors and rooftop terraces.
All the apartments have large windows – the windowsills are lowered in order to let more light into the room and visually expand it.
Like all the other Maxi Life projects, the building on Medunitsinskaya will have combined facades paneled with porcelain tiles and terracotta, entrance lobbies with stepless access and a modern yard.
The project uses energy-efficient technologies and smart home elements. The common halls have a stylish design.
We are creating a unique product that is currently underrepresented in the regional market. Based on the experience of the leading Russian and international construction companies, we offer high-tech projects instead of the conventional outdated architectural solutions. We are planning to build 50,000 m² of housing annually. In the nearest future, our residential portfolio will amount to 150,000 m².
